LEESBURG, Va. — U.S. Representatives Elaine Luria, Bobby Scott, Donald McEachin, Abigail Spanberger, Don Beyer, Jennifer Wexton and Gerry Connolly issued the following joint statement today after Jason Miyares announced he had received $500,000 from the Republican Attorneys General Association (RAGA) Action Fund.
Reps. Don Beyer (D-VA), Rosa DeLauro (D-CT), Judy Chu (D-CA), Jimmy Gomez (D-CA), Ayanna Pressley (D-MA), and Chrissy Houlahan (D-PA) led 105 House Democrats urging President Biden to defend paid family and medical leave provisions in the ongoing negotiations over the Build Back Better Act.

Reps. Don Beyer (D-VA), Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), Mikie Sherrill (D-NJ), Jimmy Gomez (D-CA), Cori Bush (D-MO), and Scott Peters (D-CA) have introduced the Unemployment Insurance Improvement Act, H.R. 5507, legislation to strengthen the delivery of benefits to unemployed American workers.
